Common Questions

Can I make a payment for a vehicle directly through LE Stocktrak Pro?
Not yet. In the initial release you can view all payment details, due dates, and history (including a calendar view), but payments can’t currently be made through the platform.

Can I submit a funding request directly through LE Stocktrak Pro?
Not yet. LE Stocktrak Pro currently gives you full visibility of your funding requests and their status (Active/Completed/Cancelled), but funding requests cannot currently be submitted directly to the platform.

How do I log into the system?
You can access the platform using the same email and password used for LAMS. If you’re unsure of your login details, check your welcome email or contact our Dealer Services team.

Can I access the system on mobile?
Yes, LE Stocktrak Pro is fully responsive and optimised for both desktop and mobile devices.

I’ve forgotten my password – what should I do?
Click the “Reset Password” link on the login page and follow the steps to reset your password via email.

I can’t get a two-factor authentication (2FA) code – what now?
If your 2FA app was on a previous mobile device, contact our Dealer Services team. We’ll reset your account so you can re-register your 2FA on your new device.
Account Overview

What does the Account Overview show me?
It gives you a real-time view of your total credit limit, amount borrowed, available credit and also your pending available credit. It also indicates whether you have sufficient credit for any funding requests currently in progress.

What are my ‘Pending Requests’?
These are funding requests being reviewed for you that are still under review and haven’t yet been funded.
Funding & Requests

What does “Attention: Issues Detected” mean for my Account Status?
This warning means there are outstanding payments or other issues that may be blocking your funding requests. Click the message for more details and be sure to check the Payments section for any overdue payments.

Why is my funding request delayed?
Even if your Account Status is clear, you might still lack the sufficient available credit needed to cover your requests. Make sure your Pending Available Credit is £0.00 or higher to avoid delays.

Can I view previously cancelled or completed funding requests?
Yes – under the Funding section, you will find Completed and Cancelled funding requests from the past seven days listed separately.
Stock Management

How do I mark a vehicle as sold?
In the Stock section, under Current Stock, you can either mark a vehicle as sold directly from the list, or you can click the eye icon under “View” to see more details of the vehicle and “Mark as Sold” from there. You’ll be prompted to confirm the sale date to submit the update.

Can I access vehicle documents or invoices?
Yes – within the vehicle details, you can download a copy of the original purchase invoice (addressed to LE Capital) and your purchase invoice from us (issued upon the vehicle being funded).

Can I see how long a vehicle has been on stock?
Yes – in your Current Stock, each vehicle shows the current days in stock or in Stock History, the total number of days the vehicle was funded for.
Payments

How do I view payment details?
You can view your payments in either a List view (categorised into payments due, upcoming or previous payments) or a Calendar view (where you can view all payments across the month). In both cases, you can see the vehicle/agreement the payment relates to, the payment amount(s) and due date/payment date.

Can I filter payments by type or date?
Yes – you can filter payments to show only current, upcoming or previous payments as well as different types (sold, overage).

Is there a way to view all my payments in one place?
Yes – the Payment Calendar provides a full month view, colour-coded by payments due, upcoming and previous payments to clearly differentiate payments.
